NO LONGER ACTIVE! - for previous review continue reading. VRtube.xxx has now teamed up with CAM4, and we will soon make a review on that site as well. VRtube.xxx was co-founded in 2014 by the pornstar Ela Darling, and is reportedly the world’s first VR cam platform. They just recently announced a strategic partnership with Cam4.(World's largest live porn site - a live erotic/sex webcam site). They say this should bring live camming and VR to another level. We also believe that there is a huge potential for a new era for live cam shows. This is a small review of the current site at the moment. We will, however, make a new review when the partnership with Cam4 is fully established.

VRtube.xxx is a small site with limited but nice 3D virtual reality POV content with unique features like changeable environment and an open source video and program that allows modification.

Holograms and live 3D streaming are reasonable priced (4.99 and 10 dollars). First 10 min of scheduled live porn streams are free for both members and guests.

There is a bit of humour “kind of approach” on their site. Their FAQ section is titled “Dafuq?” Additionally there is bit of slang and lingo in the FAQ section, which is funny and humorous, but may be interpreted as not very professional.

You are also able to request your own custom hologram. The cost varies depending on the model, what you want to see and the length of the clip. Starting at a price of $500. VRtube.xxx does, however, have the option to resell the clip to others, but for an extra fee you can be sure to get the hologram for yourself. On the downside, the holograms don’t work on Gear VR at the moment.

Conclusion

It took me a few moments to figure out the site, and the meaning with everything. VRtube.xxx is so far a small site with limited content. They do, however, offer something that none of the other mainstream VR porn sites do; that is live VR 3D adult cams and the holographic porn in VR.

I have big expectations with the partnership with CAM4. This is a service for their users that far will surpass what was possible with any 2D analog live streaming

The partnership with CAM4 could be a new era for live cam show, but at the moment VRtube.xxx is lacking a bit.
