Back in June when I wrote a review of AliceX, it was still in the beta version. However they have just recently publicly launched their website, and is now officially out of the beta version.

When entering the website, the first limitation I noticed in my previous review, was the required use of an Android device to watch AliceX content. You can use any headset with Android VR technology, such as the Samsung Gear VR, but now also high-end headsets such as HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.

A second limitation was the lack of available women to choose from. When I entered there were three different shows. However, I reckon this will probably be better over time as the site grows.

The visuals and the overall experience was very fun. The VR headset creates a very intimate experience as the camgirl you choose puts on a private show, that feels and looks like it’s just for you. The streaming quality is matched with the high-definition picture quality. One particular element on AliceX’s end that killed the suspension of disbelief last time, was the fact that you could actually see the green screen in the room the camgirls were broadcasting from. This second time the experience was way better, and I couldn’t see any green screen. Last time I tried their site the video steadiness didn’t seem too sturdy, but not on a shaky-cam level. This, too was way better this time.

Here are the types of shows offered by AliceX:

Live show for the public: Totally free. The camgirl is either wearing lingerie or some sort of sexy article of clothing, and you can chat with her she dances
Private show: For approximately 40 coins/minute, which is about $1/minute, the camgirl you’re watching will put on a private strip-show, just for you.
Spy mode: Watch a camgirl as she puts on a private strip show for another customer. You can’t talk to her, but you can watch her strip for about 20 coins/minute (approximately $2/minute).
Exclusive show: Same as the private show, but without anyone spying on your entertainment. You’ll have complete privacy and exclusivity with the camgirl for about 200 coins/minute (approximately $10/minute)

Conclusion

When I first reviewed their site, AliceX offered a free VR headset to new customers. Even though this has changed, they do offer a Google Cardboard for only 1 dollar. If you want to spice up your VR adventure even further, you can check out their online store where you can also buy Vrizzmo Volt Mk2 and the Homido VR headset. To get started you don’t need an app. AliceX simply runs in your browser. Due to some technical issues, only Chrome 47+ is currently supported. While AliceX is a growing webcam site, it is a pioneer in a new genre, and worth checking out if you are exploring the world of adult VR.
