Initially, I wanted to know what others thought about the website. I must admit that it was not all positive feedback about this site. I hope that the CAM4 performers and user have a better experience with the VR aspect of CAM4 than I read about.

Let’s jump right into the VR review. They currently have 8 scheduled shows with a 2hour interval that targets the heterosexual audience. Each of the girls has a profile that includes pictures and pre-filled text that allows you to get to know them better. Each profile also includes a questionnaire with naughty questions for the girls, designed to turn you on and ensure that the girl you choose is suited for your needs. As with other webcam sites, there is a “mandatory” option for you to provide the girl with extra tips or send her presents, like small icons, etc.

I tried the standard 2D camming, but it didn’t really appeal to me so I didn’t expect much before trying this. I put on my Gear VR headset and waited for the scheduled time of the show. I tried the show with a girl named Glorialove, who was, according to the profile pictures, extremely good-looking. Gloria was indeed a hottie and I realized was, unlike my 2D camming experience, this was more in-your-face and real! I would say the difference is like watching someone taking her clothes off on a Skype call versus a private lap dance in your favourite strip club. Unlike a creepy strip club back room, you are sitting comfortably in your own home and on your own sofa with both feet on the ground.

The unfortunate aspects of my experience were that, aside from the high-end headsets like HTC Vive or the Oculus Rift, this site is not compatible with iPhones. Only Android phones can be used. I also tried testing their live chat feature for two days in a row, but never received a response.

Conclusion

While my experience was positive, I don’t anticipate ever becoming a big fan of cam sites nor the experiences that unfold here. I understand why people are getting excited about it though, as you can easily feel a connection or bond with the person on the other end of the screen. Unlike the standard VR porn sites, this site allows you to chat, talk and provide instructions to the performers. Do I recommend it? Yes, but only if you enjoy 2D camming, because this is definitely a step up! The prices are fair; and to be honest, there are currently very few alternatives.
